At VENDOR, customers with registered businesses can purchase eligible products for their business requirements and receive a GST Invoice to facilitate compliance with applicable GST regulations and input tax credit claims, subject to eligibility and applicable laws.

Users with registered businesses may purchase products available on the VENDOR platform for their legitimate business requirements.
However, all purchases made through the platform are intended solely for end consumption. Products purchased from VENDOR must not be used for:
- Commercial resale
- Further distribution
- Promotional giveaways
- Wholesale trading
- Unauthorized commercial activities
VENDOR reserves the right to cancel orders found to be in violation of these conditions.

The GST Invoice will be generated exactly based on the information provided by the customer.

- GST details cannot be modified.
- Business name cannot be changed.
- GSTIN cannot be revised.

VENDOR and participating sellers shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

If invalid, incorrect, incomplete, or mismatched GST information is provided during order placement:
- The order may be automatically cancelled.

- The billing address and delivery address should preferably be the same.

- Billing information
